What type of healthy foods is good to keep health and wellness for healthy living?



Usually people have been aiming to take tasty foods only.  But healthy foods are more important to our body health and wellness than tasty food. People are very particular about taste than health.  In life, if you take all seasonal vegetables and fruits in higher quantity and non vegetarian dishes occasionally, it is really healthy living.

The American Heart Association, World Cancer Research Fund, and American Institute for Cancer Research recommends a diet that consists mostly of unprocessed plant foods, with emphasis a wide range of whole grains, legumes, and non-starchy vegetables and fruits. This healthy diet is replete with a wide range of various non-starchy vegetables and fruits, that provide different colors including red, green, yellow, white, purple, and orange. They note that tomato cooked with oil, allium vegetables like garlic, and cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, provide some protection against cancer. This healthy diet is low in energy density, which may protect against weight gain and associated diseases. Finally, limiting consumption of sugary drinks, limiting energy rich foods, including “fast foods” and red meat, and avoiding processed meats improves health and longevity. Overall, researchers and medical policy conclude that this healthy diet can reduce the risk of chronic disease and cancer 


The World Health Organization (WHO) makes the following 5 recommendations with respect to both populations and individuals:
  • Try to burn as much energy as you eat, and try to eat as much energy as you burn, as a healthy weight is a balance between those two.
  • Increase consumption of plant foods, particularly fruitsvegetableslegumeswhole grains and nuts
  • Limit intake of fat and oil, and avoid saturated fats, which are those that become solid at room temperature such as coconut oil and all animal products including basically meat, dairy and egg. Prefer unsaturated fats, which remain liquid at room temperature instead, and which are found in almost all the plant based oils and foods. Eliminate trans-fatty acids
  • Limit the intake of granulated sugar -- A 2003 report recommends less than 10% simple sugars
  • Limit salt / sodium consumption from all sources and ensure that salt is iodized

According to any magazines such as fitness magazine or health magazine, you have to do some simple exercises daily and walk for even half an hour at least thrice in a week.  This is one of the simple ways to be always slim and with eye catching appearance. It is important that you should not try to move your body with more strain and effort. By normal diet, you will not feel your body weight when you are walking. You can maintain your reproductive health with good health and wellness if you take raw diet. Raw diets are highly energized and you can take raw diet one time in a day if you can.  As your regular healthy foods, it is better to take cereal based items like oats, barley porridge, bran etc., for your energized reproductive health and health and nutrition.  If you eat any kind of unrefined bread, and highly fiber enriched food, it will be good for your healthy living.
