Healthy
blended smoothies
Usually
taking raw smoothies will not help to any one to reduce their blood pressure or
cholesterol or anything. In fact such habit will enhance the above mentioned
problems. But if you are ready to take the right preparation of smoothies
instead of something that is Tiffin ,
breakfast or even dinner, or a little quantity with some other dishes, it will
certainly give the best results.
Smoothies
are always healthy to our body and its health. Smoothies generally by single
fruit or fruits will give higher positive results. But some fruits, such as banana, apple, mango
etc will not give any kind of particular positive result as you expect for your
health problem. For example if you are
willing to take bananas or smoothies by bananas, certainly it will increase
your body weight and sugar level. If you are continually taking banana or
banana based smoothies just for a week, this habit will certainly increase your
blood sugar random and body weight. Since
these fruits are highly enriched with glucose and starch, it will certainly
induce your body sugar level and weight.
Fruits
those are highly enriched with fibers such as pine apple, strawberries etc can
be taken as smoothies. But these
smoothies should not be mixed and added with skim milk, cream, butter etc. Some
people will take excess of fruit juices when they are affected with some kind
of fever such as viral fever, jaundice etc.
They will think that when they are affected with these kinds of
diseases, to avoid body fatigue and to maintain their body freshness, they have
to take these juices instead of solid diets. Finally, after their recovery, if
they check their blood for sugar level, their blood sugar lever will certainly
be increased. Then they have to start
treatment for their severe diabetic problems.
During
their sickness, instead of fruit juices, if they would have taken pure water,
it will certainly protect their health ever.
Smoothies by any chopped fruits or fruit such as bananas, berries,
strawberries or black berries, pine apples, mangoes etc will be fine to those
people who are not affected with diabetes. It is always best to avoid adding
some kind of creamy ingredients. It is
always better to add a little quantity of low fat ingredients such as yogurt,
frozen yogurt etc.
More concentrated
smoothies are always not advisable.
Sometimes they will create indigestible problems. It always better to
take smoothies on calorie-wise. It is better add more water in smoothies and
any kind of protein rich items for higher benefits.
Adding dry
fruits is always the best habit. Adding with smoothies such as dairy products,
more water, calcium etc for different tastes is better choice. These kinds of planning and ideas are vital
in preparing the best smoothies. In making smoothies, using frozen fruits at
room temperature is always advisable. Using simple juices, water, fat free milk
as the base of the smoothie will give better positive results.
