Eating raw food and losing weight:
First I would like to tell you that eating raw
food and losing weight is a method with one hundred percent result. I accept
it. But it is very difficult to continue
throughout our life time. In so many
ways it is very easy to follow and improve your health. When I had been trying to lessen my body
weight, I had been thinking to take raw edibles for throughout my life. But as a matter of my own experience, I could
not continue to take for a longer period due to some kind of tasteless
experience. This is more suitable method for an actor who wants to play a
particular role with a slim body. If he has done his particular role, then he
will have to go back to his normal diet only.
This is a fact. As per my own
experience and suggestions, the following tips will be helpful to you to take a
raw food diet. Only few vegetables you
can take as your raw food diet. You should know the reasons of eating raw food
for losing your body weights.
- It is
one of the easiest ways to remove fat from your over all diets. It is very
low in fat, calories and high in fiber and vitamins.
· The main benefit of taking a raw food diet is
you can make it into energies instead of fat and calories. Moreover, you can
burn such calories into energies easily.

Usually a large part food will be converted
into fat production. But if you take a
raw food diet, then it will easily change into energy and it can be directly
metabolized in a variety of cells.

You will not feel your stomach overloaded by
taking this kind of food.

Body energy is easily available from raw
diet. So it is highly energized one actually.
·
By taking regular raw diet, you will not be
suffered from indigestive problems. Constipation also will not be occurring due
this kind of diet. Since they are well in digestion, you will not feel any kind
acid secretion on your stomach.
· As a special feature, you can keep your body in a normal
weight and your body energy levels will be steady and constant. So there is no chance to feel hungrier or
more fatigue.
But
according to my own view, it is not advisable to take raw food diet only as our
complete in takings. We have to add some
kind of raw items additionally with our regular diet. Before we eat raw vegetables, we have to
clean it thoroughly to avoid pest and bacteria. When I was eagerly taking raw
food, then I faced some kind of vitamin deficiencies in my body. Usually vegetable are having very low
quantity of minerals and so it is not advisable to take one and only raw food
as your regular diet.
Some
of essential minerals like copper and zinc are not fair in vegetables and plant
materials are very low like iron. They are widely found in non vegetarian
only. Especially if you are eating a
normal quantity of meat only, you will have adequate vitamin B12 and some other
essential vitamins in your body. Suppose if you are taking raw diet in a
complete manner, then for your particular vitamin deficiency, you will have to
take some caps to compensate them. So in
this manner, you will have to spend something for your medication also.
First
you have to start it from your midday morning refreshment. Then you can extent the same to your morning Tiffin and lunch. Fruits are quite suitable in mornings and raw
vegetable are more suitable to take with your lunch. Try to avoid taking fruits
on your empty stomach. It has to be taking additionally with some other items. Once
in a day, definitely you have to take nourished well cooked food for your
tongue.
It
is always advisable to add some quantity of raw fruits or dry fruits or raw
vegetables to every single meal. Instead of taking raw fruits, dry fruits and
raw vegetable in their original form, it is not quite good to add them in juicy
form. Taking them in a juicy form will
enhance your blood sugar level. Also fiber will be removed when you take them
in juicy forms. The fiber in the fruit or vegetables expands in your stomach
and fills you up faster so you don’t eat as much. It helps to push food through
your digestive tract. It provides the body with much needed vitamins and
minerals.

I MAY HAVE BEEN A RABBIT IN A PREVIOUS LIFE AS I THOROUGHLY ENJOY RAW VEGETABLES SUCH AS CAULIFLOWER, ROMAINE LETTUCE HEARTS, CARROTS, SWEET PEPPERS, CABBAGE, BROCCOLI, POTATOES, & TURNIPS WITH BLUE CHEESE DRESSING OR MORTON LIGHT SALT TO MAINTAIN MY LOW BLOOD PRESSURE OF 130/62! NOT BAD FOR AGE 70!
