What is 24 hour fitness? If you are able to maintain your body weight without enhancement and without any kind of body inconvenience by following some simple practices is called 24 hour fitness. Usually you should not force your body while you walk. It should automatically move step by step without strain and even without your knowledge. If you want to keep your body to move in such a manner, you have to keep your body so healthy and slim. It is always better to dine for living and you should not live for eating. It is better to eat multiple times in a day in little quantity. You have to eat less quantity of food with adequate water. Also when you finish your dinner or lunch or morning meal, your stomach should be filled just 75% only. Every morning you have to take diet as a king. Every afternoon you have to take your lunch as a middle class person. Every night you have to take your dinner as a beggar. Oil and cholesterol rich diet should be avoided completely. Daily half an hour exercise will keep your body so slim and weightless. If you want to go anywhere locally, it is better to walk always instead of taking vehicle. It is better to walk for half an hour once in a day if your time permits. Better to avoid white color food especially when you turn on forty. White colored items such as boiled rice, milk, ghee, curd, butter, cheese, milky sweets and dishes etc will create so many complications in your body and they are purely hassle to your health. So it is better to take colorful foodstuffs such as colorful vegetables, greens, fruits etc., for your constant slim and healthy physique.
